GM: Sadly we have not had orders from Stephen for a second successive season. This means that Stephen is out of the game and Italy falls into civil disorder. Italian units will stand unordered for the rest of the game and will be disbanded if dislodged. If Italian adjustments are necessary I will disband them on a furthest from home, fleets first basis.
