The crazed emperor paced across the floor. Those Damn Turks aren't moving, letting the pesky Russians box them in. The Austrian is a waste of time, running in circles, fearing the Italian NAVY of all the jokes! France is wavering in the fight against England, I fear another armada coming along. Germany can't decide which direction to turn next. And all this time, we're stuck sitting on the sidelines, not even playing the game! Screw this! These leaders are all terrible and if we mobilize NOW, we'll crush the entire lot of them. Cyprus will Rule the World!

It seems that the more things change the more they stay the same. I ask that you Germany aid me in the removal of Austria . Or at least leave me to it. Thank you. I will not help the English or the French against you. I consider you a friend. Russia leave Turkey alone, he is weak and getting weaker, Austria is the true threat we all face.
