Russia makes a comeback! New alliances are forged with the German nations as Germany turns north to Livonia and Austria lends support in the Russian conquest of Bulgaria. Interesting times are afoot as Italy stretches his muscle but a French fleet is loose in the Mediterranean, while Britain looks to France for expansion -- but Germany may be poised to take advantage of this imbalance.

I'm going to set the deadline on 5th July, 20:00 GMT. It's come to my attention that one of our number has a busy week, and given the holiday coming up in America, I thought better to have a long deadline.
