PREV Spring 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

Greetings!

Spring 1903 is in the books. Unfortunately, we had an NMR from Germany. We need two retreats from Germany. Retreats are due not later than Tuesday, February 20th, 2018, 6pm, Pacific Time (UTC -8). If final retreats are received earlier, I'll process immediately.

As a side note, please be careful with your province designations. There are some sloppy orders coming in that I've been able to interpret, but cleaning those up will help avoid mistakes.

Greetings!

Well, apparently the English PM's stirring speech has frightened the Germans into surrender by inaction. We've had a second straight NMR for Germany and the volk is in a tough spot. If Germany has one more NMR this coming season, I will place Germany in "Civil Disorder." If that happens, the German units will issue perpetual Hold orders for the remainder of the game.

Because of the NMR, the two dislodged Germany units are destroyed and we move on to Fall, 1903.
