An exciting turn! The Mercians attempt a bold convoy into the heart of Cornwall but the attempt is rebuffed at sea, while the Welsh pivot back south just as the Irish do. It looks like we have at least three alliances: Ireland-Scotland, Cornwall-Anglia, and Mercia-Wales. The Northumbrians are the wild cards and can tip the balance, but which way?Â

Two units were dislodged, both Mercian. When I get the retreats I will adjudicate them, but the Fall 653 orders are due Thursday, March 11th at 07:00 US-Central.
