Everyone should take a look at what Germany has done. By issuing orders to give support to Turkish and English units, Germany has provided us with examples of the only one-hundred-percent reliable means of "communication" available in gunboat games. Only time will tell if these overtures will bear fruit or not. England and France swap Portugal and Morocco, Italy swarms into Marseilles, Turkey expels Austria from Bulgaria, and Russia regains Sevastopol. There is one dislodged unit in Morocco, but there is also only one possible retreat for it, so we will proceed to Winter. England can, if desired, decide to retroactively disband the dislodged fleet to gain a build. Other than that, it will be a very light winter, so the deadline is Friday, 30 January at 20:00 GMT.

Please note that as Russia is now in possession of his four home SCs again, the Emergency Measures rule has ended and Siberia is no longer a valid build site.
