It looks like there's been some interesting shifts in the diplomatic status of various powers this turn.

Just the one retreat: Italian A Greece can retreat to Albania or OTB.

Winter build adjustments:

Austria: Supp 1 Unit 1 Build 0
England: Supp 1 Unit 2 Remove 1
France: Supp 6 Unit 6 Build 0
Germany: Supp 8 Unit 6 Build 2
Italy: Supp 4 Unit 5 Remove 1 (A Gre retreating OTB would count as this removal)
Russia: Supp 7 Unit 7 Build 0
Turkey: Supp 7 Unit 5 Build 2

Given the single retreat will almost certainly have no effect on any of the builds, let's set the deadline for both retreat and builds for Tuesday 10th May, 8pm GMT (9pm BST).
