Greetings!

Fall 1903 is completed. Unfortunately, we had another NMR from Germany. He will now be removed from the game and Germany will be plunged into Civil Disorder. German units will be ordered to hold for the remainder of the game. If dislodged, they will automatically be destroyed.

No retreats necessary, so Winter 1903 Builds/Disbands are due not later than Tuesday, March 6th, 2018, 6pm, Pacific Time (UTC -8). If final builds are received earlier, I'll process immediately.

My most sincere apologies for troubling you with further correspondence in your busy schedules.

As you are aware my friend and true ally the Kaiser has recently passed from the public eye.

It seems, unbidden by me, a representative of my Government, acting at the behest of a minister of state, was instructed to pursue those agents who, unbidden by the crown, has been in contact with your own civil servants previously.

In Germany this false agent of Russia went, I am told by those aware of his existence, by the name of Bill Hohensollen.

My supposed representative contacted an English fellow to act on his behalf in the removal of the false agent of Russia. Somewhat unfortunately, if not inevitably, the fellow had a lamentable grasp of of the mother tongue (Russian) and proceeded at the first opportunity to track down his target.

And my friend the Kaiser has not been heard from since.

The minister responsible, despite his protestation of innocence and belief that I somehow indicated he should behave this way, has been dispatched to work on the Trans Siberian Railway - mostly one would imagined as a sleeper.
