PREV Winter 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

Well I made it through the riots in Bangkok with only a one-day delay. Then home to Beijing in-time for the Easter festivities with my neighbors. Of course all of this equaled a further delay for you guys on this one again.

So with apologies, here are the Winter 1903 results. If you spot no issues, let's try a weekend deadline to assist in getting things back on track. If that's an issue, let me know ASAP and we can push it to the following Monday. Otherwise, Spring 1904 deadline will be Saturday, April 18 at 2359 hrs GMT.
