PREV Winter 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

All orders are finally in, so here we go. Interesting action all over the board this season, and yet not a single supply center changed hands this year (Turkey especially played some good defense). That's something I haven't seen for a while (and in 1903, maybe ever). That said, there was a lot of positioning happening, so I expect some fireworks in 1904.

No SC changes means only one adjustment, as Austria gets to rebuild the unit disbanded by Italy in the spring. Given his only option is A Bud, I have gone ahead and ordered that in the interest of saving a little time. Sam, if you would like to waive the build instead just let me know and I'll adjust it.

This means we head directly to Spring 1904, which will be due this Thursday, Feb. 24, at 9 pm.
