PREV Winter 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

MESSAGES:
Was waiting on one adjustment before the weekend, then got called away for the entire weekend. And to boot, my smart phone turned pretty dumb this weekend. I finally got RP back installed on my work computer, so I'm game to start adjudicating closer to the deadline. Yay!

One the builds map, you won't see the Russian "build" in Warsaw, since I accidentally retreated his piece to WAR. He did in fact retreat to SIL and built in WAR. So, in the final map, you will see it correctly, but it won't look right on the maps.
