Hi gang,

Has anyone heard from Sean? No disband order from Russia, so Realpolitik auto disbands Gulf of Bothnia. I would have thought Finland since it's an army? Ah well, I'll go with RP. If I don't hear from Sean until after the next major turn I will either seek a replacement or put Russia into Civil Disorder, there may be a vote on that FYI.

Anyhow, here is Winter. Spring 1904 will be due in a week, Tuesday Sept 8th at the usual time. Send prelims now :)
