Hello folks,

Our third year has come to an end and, as many powers look to be lining up new targets, there appears to be no danger of this game stagnating. I look forward to seeing what happens in the upcoming year!

Adjustments:

England: Disband A Clyde
Germany: Build A Kiel, A Munich
Italy: Retreat A Albania OTB
Turkey: Build F Constantinople, F Smyrna

Five days from now would put us on Sunday night, so I'll set the deadline for Spring 04 orders as Monday 16th May, 8pm GMT (9pm BST). I prefer to move deadlines on to a weekday just in case anyone is away for the weekend.
