PREV  Winter 1903 Adjudication:  NEXT

Winter comes and goes, and fleets remain the focus in the eastern Med. Both Italy & Turkey add to their naval forces, while Austria, at great risk to himself at home, elects to keep a fleet active in that all-important Ionian space while declaring Vienna an open city. That leaves us with three fleets for Italy and Turkey each, and one Austrian fleet right in the middle of them both. Against whom will it be deployed? And what of the Russians still in the Black Sea?

Spring 1904 orders are due Friday, November 5th, 07:00 US-Central.

Austria:
Remove F Albania
Remove A Vienna

Italy:
Build F Naples

Russia:
Build A Sevastopol

Turkey:
Build F Constantinople
