Italy storms all of Iberia, Germany moves to the last unclaimed neutral, England finds out that he can't dislodge himself, the Balkans are still a standoff, and, most importantly, it all happens without the need for an extension (although a couple of you cut it pretty damn close)!

Also, we have our first retreat, as the lone English army, with the help of the Germans, forces the troops of the Czar to fleet the white vastness of Moscow, and this time they can't burn up the supplies first! Retreat options listed below the adj, and the retreat is due no later than 9 pm eastern on Friday (Feb. 29) at 9 pm eastern. However, I will process the retreat and set the new deadline as soon as I receive it.
