Russia re-garrisons Sev but sees German units move into Nwy and Fin, Italy knocks Russia out of Vie, Turkey takes Sev back from the unordered Austrian fleet, and England has one turn to get back into one of his home centers as they all fill up with enemy units.

Austria NMRs, in case you didn't read the fine print, and thus his F Smy is auto-disbanded. There are, however, 4 other retreats (see below adjudication). These are due to me by tomorrow (Friday) at 9 pm eastern. Fall 1904 will follow on Tuesday (the 24th).
