PREV  Spring 1997 Adjudication:  NEXT

Wow is this an interesting season in all of modern Europe's areas of intrigue! We have our first convoys of the game as Poland sends an army to Finland and Turkey sends an army all the way across the Black Sea to Bulgaria. In Africa there is a huge supply center shake-up brewing as Egypt occupies Morocco and Tunis but finds an Italian fleet in Libya. However, the men in green find trouble brewing back home as French troops force their way into Milan (there was a complex and interesting combination of orders in that area for those who enjoy analyzing such things) and a Turkish fleet has docked in Apulia. Finally, in Iberia Britain finally sails into port in Sevilla, but the Prime Minister also has potential problems closer to home as Germany seizes control of the North Sea.

We have three retreats:
British F Nth may retreat to Edi, Hel, Lon, Ska, Yor, or OTB.
Italian A Mil may retreat to Tus, Ven, or OTB.
Spanish A Sev may retreat to And or OTB.
These three retreats and any summer press releases will be due this Friday, August 13, at 9 pm eastern.

Matt
