This might be the most boring turn of Diplomacy I have ever seen. A total of six units moved places, and only one unit moved into foreign territory (Sweden, which had anyway been abandoned). There are (of course) no retreats, and Fall 1904 orders are due Tuesday, November 9th, since there isn't much to talk about.
