PREV Spring 1904 Adjudication: NEXT

French incur heavy naval losses to the British, two french fleets forced to retreat. Russia takes Budapest and Munich while losing Vienna to the Italians. Four retreats needed, both the french fleets, the german army in munich and the russian army in vienna. I believe I used the correct orders that each person sent in, feel free to check and see if they are wrong.
