Germany incurs the ire of England and Russia, who are starting to cooperate despite England holding onto Petersburg. The assault of Norway is repeled, but England may have an opening through the Heligoland Bight. German armies were pushed back out of Livonia towards Prussia, but time will tell if Russia can maintain momentum towards Germany proper. Italy, meanwhile, swaps Trieste for Vienna, but must expend sea power to reclaim Tunis this fall. Austria and/or Turkey may be able to gain a small edge!
