All,
Thanks again to Jeff for taking up the reins of Russia. Not a pretty start for our new Czar, as his neighbors all bare their teeth in welcome. Russia's not the only one on the run this turn, though, as Turkey and England come another space to two closer to sharing a border.

Retreats:
Italian F Ionian Sea can retreat to Naples or OTB.
French A Paris has no retreats, disbanded.
Russian A Sevastopol can retreat to Ukraine or OTB.
Russian F Sweden can retreat to Gulf of Bothnia or OTB.
Russian A Warsaw can retreat to Ukraine or OTB.
NOTE: It's been my standard to push the retreats if there is only one option per unit, and I've done so again this turn (disbanding one Russian army due to the lack of retreat-available spaces.) If anyone is at all uncomfortable with that, due to the sheer number of retreats or the fact I chose a disband, please let me know and I'll step back a bit. Also, if Mark or Jeff would prefer that a retreat I pushed be sent OTB instead, please let me know by Monday afternoon.
