PREV Fall 1903 Adjudication: NEXT

Diplomats,

The Fall moves are in and I look forward to an interesting Autumn and Winter.

In the west nothing much happens, as everyone plays it safe. In the central arena Germany takes a beating this year, loosing two centers. And far off to the east Turkey is looking more and more lonely, losing yet another of their centers.

For the Autumn we have two retreats due:
German A Galicia can retreat to Ukraine or OTB
Austrian A Warsaw can retreat to Livonia, Ukraine or OTB

The the winter will kick in and we will end up with new units:
Austria: Build 1 (or 2 if the retreat is OTB or the two retreats fail).
Germany: Remove 1 (or 2 if the retreat succeeds)
Italy: Build 1
Turkey: Remove 1

The Czar has managed to regain all his home centers, therefore the Russian Emergency Measures have been rescinded, and despite gaining a center they are left with no builds.

Remember that all builds can be conditional based on the results of the retreats.
