Okay, we have a full set of orders.... although it appears maybe someone is being a bit overly generous to his neighbours. Ah well.

England has our only retreat needed, Liverpool can retreat to Edinburgh or Yorkshire, or OTB. That will be due in about 24 hours, Wednesday January 18, 16:00 MST.
