As it turns out, very little can be revealed about a game just by looking at the supply centre count. Indeed, you could be forgiven for believing this to be a fairly quiet year, and perhaps that will indeed be what it is remembered as, depending on what we write into future chapters of the game. This year we have only one SC which changes hands. Just one. But the seizure of Lesbos by Macedonia would seem to signal that the Ionian plan to control the Aegean Sea and influence all the battles may have overlooked one key aspect. I could easily be misinterpreting everything, in which case you would do well to ignore all my analysis. But when all the dust settles, I look forward to reading a few AARs.
