The balance of power now apparently shifts to the three-way alliance of Spain, France and Italy, who with unrelenting force advance outward into the Eastern Mediterranean, the Rhineland, and the British Isles.

Retreats are due tomorrow, 24 March, 20:00 GMT. Adjustments are not affected, save for any dislodged units disbanded; due 25 March, 20:00 GMT.
