After four years of play, we have our first elimination. France tumbles out of the game, but we must give our greatest appreciation to Andrew for stepping into the breach and picking up after the initial French player abandoned the position. The Light Brigade is often a thankless task, but one we all respect. But it is Italy who has taken a commanding lead of SCs, and only Germany comes close to matching that rising total. The combined might of Austria, Russia, and Turkey only matches Italian power, proving how quickly Rome has become the dominant power once more in the Mediterranean.
