PREV Fall 1904 Adjudication: NEXT

Hello!

Fall 1904 is in the books. There was one retreat each for Russia and Turkey and an auto-disband for Austria. For the Tsar, I disbanded per his request and for the Sultan, I retreated to Arm as opposed to Syr. Since both of you have winter adjustments to make, I'll accept different retreat orders if you wanted something different. Winter 1904 Orders are due to me no later than Sunday, March 25th, 2018, 6pm, Pacific Time (UTC -8). As always, early finalized build orders will cause me to process the turn.
