So I waited until this morning but I never received orders from Britain, Russia, or Spain, resulting in a build waived for the former and auto-disbands for the latter. The next deadline, for Spring 1998, is this Friday, September 3, at 9 pm eastern.

Poland to Ukraine: Ukraine, you've been too silent in this game. I've never been for the strong and silent type. The only chirp we've heard from you was your message of sympathy to that rascal, Russia. He's been a pain and really shouldn't be listened to.

Poland to Germany: Again, I'd like to reiterate that I'm not going to attack you. I appreciate all you've done so far and I would like to continue in our prosperous relationship.
