I'm sorry for the delay; half of it was due to me, not Russia, who got his orders in 3 days ago. I thought I had adjudicated, but obviously had not. The results are:

England builds A LON

Spring orders from all players are due Tuesday, November 22 by NOON (EST) unless I get a request for a delay. Then I can adjudicate Tuesday afternoon before leaving for Thanksgiving on Wednesday.
