PREV Winter 2004 Adjudication: NEXT

The builds are done and the winter is over. As the snow melts, we find ourselves down a man and five building centres. Only one of you took advantage of the ability to switch home centres. More on that below.

Normally I'd give a full week for a spring turn, but at this time next week I'll be unavailable for adjudicating, so I suggest a quick turn that's due on Wednesday, Feb 1. If this is too fast for you, please let me know and we'll extend it.
