Rome and Carthage really bang heads this round....Carthage looks to get the worst of it this round.....two retreats are needed and options are listed after the results.

Retreat orders are due Friday the 20th by 4pm eastern US time. I will run the turn early is the orders are in before then. I anticipate a Wednesday the 25th Fall deadline so i do not interfere with the WB event too much. I know several of you are in that as am I.
