The friendship between Austria and Turkey continues despite their recent history. It's tough to say what this means, although the tide of NMRs continues. England is officially in Civil Disorder now, having had two consecutive major turns without orders. Russia also suffers an NMR, losing Moscow in the process. Where that will leave us is still uncertain, but one French unit is dislodged. With only one retreat, it can be taken care of immediately.
