Okay, no word from Paul so his fleet goes away. Anyone know what has become of our fearless Russian leader?

There is a new proposal on the table for a four way E/F/G/I. Votes are due with fall orders, and just a reminder that it MUST be unanimous. That means I need six yes votes, but the person that proposed it is already assumed to have voted yes.
