PREV Fall 2005 Adjudication: NEXT

Hello, everyone... sorry for the wait. I got distracted with one of my other games last night and after staring at that map for a while I was in no shape to adjudicate. So here are the Fall 2005 moves. We've got four retreats to resolve prior to the adjustments and one of the players who needs to retreat is away for a bit with limited access to internet.

A few highlights from this set:
Russia asserts her sovereignty over the eastern short and unites Vladivostok with Moscow.
Mexico realizes its long-held dream of controlling the US... can Canada be far behind?
The battles over the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans rage on and the Indian Ocean heats up.

Note that a few of the units have been tweaked again... a continued effort to differentiate similar colours.
