Diplomats,

Interesting things happen all across Europe. We see our first elimination as Turkey is eliminated. Thank you for playing Joe, and better luck in your next game. I appreciate you turning in orders on time even though your situation appeared hopeless for a long period of the game.

The big winner this season is Italy who gains two new units. Austria and Germany pick up a center each from the Czar. The Russian government once again scramble and manage to keep the loss to one unit. Germany's gain however, is for naught, since Britain manages to sneak a unit into the Netherlands.

Here are the orders that are needed:
Autumn retreats:
Russian A Moscow can retreat to Siberia or St Petersburg, Livonia or OTB.
(Turkish units can retreats, but will be disbanded come winter anyways...)

Winter adjustments:
