The German march to victory continues without a hiccup. All of the former Austrian homeland has fallen to the German empire and German troops land in Yorkshire. Turkish troops also make progress against the Austrians, completing the annexation of the Balkans. France has again neglected to submit orders. This has two important consequences. Firstly Germany takes Marseilles unopposed giving him 3 builds yet again (every year of the game), but more importantly France now goes into Civil Disorder and all French units now stand unordered for the rest of the game. Italy has also failed to submit orders this season.

Three units (AGre and ABud, ASpa) have been annihilated. There are no retreats to consider. The adjustments are:
Austria: 2 s.c. Disband 1
England: 6 s.c. Build 1
France: 1 s.c. CIVIL DISORDER. Remove 1
Germany: 15 s.c. Build 3
Italy: 2 s.c. Remove 1
Russia: OUT
Turkey: 8 s.c. Build 3

A couple of players have asked for shorter deadlines so that we can get this game finished quickly. This seems reasonable, especially as the German victory is pretty much a foregone conclusion, in the absence of any coordinated opposition. So my suggestion for the schedule this year is:
