If ever there was a better indication of a stop-the-leader agreement, I haven't seen it. Three units need retreats, and they are all Italian. Only one of them requires an actual choice, however, so the retreat phase should go by quite smoothly. From there we go to winter adjustments, and see Germany rise to the top of the pack. Germany's gain of Brest puts him over the top and strengthens the German position in France, while Russia continues to recover, Austria reclaims Trieste, and Turkey reconquers Bulgaria.
