Thanks for getting all the orders in on time. We have two retreats needed, one each from Russia and France.

Russian fleet Ankara can retreat to Black Sea or Armenia or OTB.
French army Belgium can retreat to Picardy or Burgundy or OTB.

These retreats are due in 23.5 hours (or so), Wednesday December 5, 17:00 MST. My life is pretty insane right now. I'll do my best to be prompt, and I may run the retreat phase as soon as I get orders.
