I had several orders this season that listed territory names from the Standard game. They were clear enough I believe that I was able to make the moves that were wanted. However, PLEASE double check your orders based on THIS map. Also, don't forget to use the required subject line in your emails - don't simply reply to emails from me.
Once again there was lots of activity, but very little real change to the board. England put his effort to moving to PIC, only to be matched by France. Germany also bounced with France, but was able to do some repositioning - and was able to take Moscow (will he be able to keep it?). Balkans bounced *himself* going to SEV, but ended up getting dislodged from UKR for his trouble. Turkey's biggest move was double support into SAH, but Spain left before he got there! Turkey did dislodge USSR from EBS however. Italy took on Balkans to try to regain the peninsula, but neither side made any progress. Spain conveyed an army to Africa... I wonder what he has in store for Turkey and Italy?
I do need two retreat orders:
The Russian fleet in East Black Sea can retreat to Caucasus or disband
The Balkan army in Ukraine can retreat to Slovakia, Besarabia or disband.
