Boeotia is pushed back from Epirus yet still makes advances towards Thessaly. Athens and Sparta continue to cooperate, pushing Ionia to the brink and setting the stage for a clash with Macedon, although Boeotia may well have snuck into place for an attack on the north Peloponnese cities. The Aegean Sea herself is now crowded with fleets, and even the slightest advantage one way or the other can swing the game in favour of whoever can muster the strength or cunning to take it. Before that, however, we have two retreats to deal with.
