The Prelims had problems with bad unit designates and the abbreviation Sin, there is no Sin because it could mean Singapore ( sig), or Sinkiang (sik). Because Russia has no units Sig the error is now repaired rather than branded as an error. To screw up matters more a quick look at unit list caused me to believe he meant F sig. Not To be outdone China added orders for Japan units to his own! At least the rail moves worked properly!
