Hey guys... many apologies for the extremely lengthy delay. I have been significantly under the weather for the past two weeks and I just wasn't able to handle the necessary concentration for adjudicating. On top of everything else, I wasn't the sickest in my house as we've experienced everything including pneumonia, H1N1, and some form of heart failure, none of which was me. An interesting couple of weeks to say the least. However, I'm ready, I think, to get going again. Here are the fall moves that were submitted to me a long time ago:

Retreats:
Italy's A Kiel may retreat to Holland, Ruhr or OTB. Note that I have just deleted this unit, as that will be the default unless I hear otherwise.

Now, we're on the search for a new Italy, so until I find that, we'll be on a bit of a wait again. I hope that won't take terribly long as I'd like to get this thing moving once more.

Also, just so everyone knows, come the spring turn we have a whole new set of EOG proposals to sort through... if anyone has any more, let me know.
