Okay, got all the orders, fell asleep last night before I could get to this. So here we go.

We have one retreat needed, from the Russian fleet in Norway. I'll make that due on Tuesday Feb 11, 18:00 MST.

Russian F Norway can retreat to Norwegian Sea or Barents Sea or
St Petersburg(nc) or OTB.
