As the year draws to a close, the alliance continues to put pressure on Italy, which manages to retain its military power.

And after hiding in exile in Edinburgh for years, the last remnant of the British Empire is mopped up by a joint German-Russian operation.

Since the fighting is getting closer to borders and home centers now, I'll adjudicate the retreat phase separately from the build/disbands. Three retreats this turn:
