Despite the northern nations sparring on their border they both make gains this Fall. Many fleets have been abandoned in favour of inland maneuverability, although we finally have the first successful multi-space fleet move in the game, allowing Chu to reposition against the encroaching Zhao.

Since Wei's retreat may affect SC counts, I'll conduct the retreat and build turns separately this turn. Wei, please submit your retreat by Thursday (tomorrow), and we'll have the Build deadline Friday.
