The end of the France/Italy/Spain triple alliance is now beyond dispute! France moves south into Milan while Spain may be looking to secure a few gains of his own. We apparently have a few new pacts forming, if I am to judge by the continued cooperation between Italy and Turkey (but what was that move to Greece?) and between Spain and Russia. The Kremlin had a good spring; three Ukrainian centers fell, leaving Odessa as the last bastion of Ukrainian forces. An ominous warning for me! But Turkey reclaims Adana and the entirety of Anatolia, while we bid farewell to Germany, and applaud his efforts in his first game.

With Autumn and Winter coming, the next Spring turn will compete after I return, on the 11th. For now, however, Autumn 1999 retreats are due tomorrow, 29 April at 20:00 GMT. Winter 1999 adjustments are due the day after, 30 April, 20:00 GMT.
