All,

I have some bad news. Aside from the English CD we have our first NMR. France has failed to send any orders in. John, if I missed something please let me know ASAP. If France NMRs in the Winter, then I will not adjudicate and search for a replacement.

Commentary :
Tyrolia is a tourist hot spot this season. Four powers try to either try to take it or help France keep it, although the German teleportation attempt from Galicia did not work The Russians are successful!. Russia takes Galicia from Germany, who decide to head to Vienna. So Vienna trades hands for the fourth time in this game (First it was Austrian, then Italian, then Russian, and now German). Can't you guys just decide who it belongs two and stick with it?! Russia takes Portugal, and the French have a sleep in.

Two units were dislodged this season. Both only have one retreat so I auto retreated A Gal - Vie and A Tyl - Pie. If either of the Johns want their unit OTB, let me know ASAP.

All draw proposals failed. However, the following have been proposed : Russia Solo, A/R F/A/R, F/A/I/R, and DIAS. Please get these in with your spring moves.
