I am going to have to fix the map since I made an error in adjudication.
England has POR support MAO so the Italian move actually failed.

The net result is that England does NOT need to retreat and must
disband one. So Italy is in WME still and England is in the MAO.

Sorry for the error and thanks for catching it.

Since I have the retreats and they were due tonight anyway
here that is too.
