PRESS

Norse press.

To all. Are we going to jockey for position or just get the game over? Or for a laugh, how about setting up a convoy of A HOR all the way around the Isles and back to HOR... :-) F ENG would allow this from next turn.

To Scots. Will hold back and allow you to concentrate on defending against Welsh.

To Britons. If Wales and Angles continue to support each other and gobble up whole of mainland then you are going to have to make a choice of landing on them or hoping that all those Welsh fleets go north and allow you to keep whatever you took in Ireland. And if they go north then I guess I will be supporting Scots fully so they get nowhere that way. And THA should be Danish as this is the best way of keeping Angles honest.

To Danes. What do you need?

To Danes, Scots and Picts. Need to decide if you want the Pict to stay alive this turn. Only way of doing this is for FIR to BOR and ARG to AYR. Not in any of your interests for the Anglo-Welsh alliance to get into LOT. LOT couls support either of the the other 2 moves and that will put them on a defensive guessing game.

Angles, I'll keep moving WIL-SUS, and supporting A BOR-LOT (even if you support LOT, unless you tell me I'm wasting my time). The Norse are moving on the Scots, so I don't think you have much to worry about from the Danes.

Irish, you've made things hard for me, but I'll do my best. Ordering DUB-CON would help.

Britons, it all looks good.

Wales.

Wales: Didn't expect you to bounce in SUS, still don't understand why you did. It's all yours this year and it will accomplish essentially the same goal. Will look for your support for my BOR - LOT, I think that's the way to go if this game continues. Depends on how the Danes play it though (see below).

Britons: Thanks for your support. Let me know if you need me for anything.

Danes: Are you saying that you'll attack the Norse if I give you LOT? Is that what you mean by 'the far north'? If I'm going to give you LOT then we should be clear. So let me know, because I'd be happy to make that agreement. I'd much rather cooperate then duke it out over LOT and FIR.
