Sorry for the delay. More apparent mis-communications lead to more gains for Germany, but he is ousted from the North Sea. This fall will be an important one.

There are two retreats. Russian A Liv has only one on board option, War, so it will retreat there unless Brandon tells me he wants it OTB. German F Nth may retreat to Bel, Den, Hel, Nwg, Ska, Yor, or OTB. I will adjudicate that as soon as I hear from Phil. You can plan on Fall 1907 orders being due on Wednesday.
